Through a simple web front end interface, customers can look at real time monitoring and statistical analysis of calls and data.
Stats by each PRS number or block for any period you choose. Stats can be downloaded via a CSV file showing every call, the calling number, time start, time finished etc. Calls can be shown by mobile or national area code.
Knowing how well your calls are being managed, by number of customer responses, is valuable marketing data. Where every call originates from and a granular understanding of the call management handling is gold dust!
