Effective Resource Planning for strategic contact centre optimisation

On behalf of iNet, we would like to say big thank you to all who attended, sponsored and supported our successful event.

The morning session was held at the prestigious Vintners Place in London and covered some of the key challenges facing Contact Centre Resource Planners. The importance of achieving efficiencies through technology, and the impact of planning decisions on Contact Centre performance was also addressed in detail.

Insightful presentations about this topic were delivered by INet’s Jeremy Greenwood, Tim Wharfe, and Matt Hughes from iNet Partner, U-WFM. Their presentations are available to download here.

We received positive feedback on the day from delegates, sponsors and presenters, who felt important questions were answered about this critical topic, with further discussions and one-to-one meetings arranged.

Thank you again to our sponsors TATA Communications and Vocalcom and our Partner U-WFM for helping make the event successful.
